What Marion's housing stock means for shower replacement
The typical home in Marion was built around 1962.
About 81% of Marion's housing units were built before 1980, old enough that an original shower has very likely been replaced at least once already.
So a Marion shower replacement often means removing a prior replacement, not the home's original fixtures.
