What Edina's housing stock means for shower replacement
The typical home in Edina was built around 1971.
About 68% of Edina's housing units were built before 1980, old enough that an original shower has very likely been replaced at least once already.
So a Edina shower replacement often means removing a prior replacement, not the home's original fixtures.
