What Islamorada's housing stock means for shower replacement
The typical home in Islamorada was built around 1983.
About 42% of Islamorada's housing units were built before 1980, old enough that an original shower has very likely been replaced at least once already.
So a Islamorada shower replacement often means removing a prior replacement, not the home's original fixtures.
